The casing and basins are designed to withstand severe vibration, high wind load and to resist corrosion. The Cooling Tower consists of Honey comb PVC fills and eliminators in a design that maximizes economy and efficiency and directly driven fan and Motor 'Minimum drift Losses’. Uniform distribution of hot water by rotating arm sprinkler. Hot dipped Galvanized hardware to withstand wind forces. The bottle shape makes possible to provide maximum cooling efficiency in minimum plan area with lower energy consumption.

In FRP cooling towers production a special composition of raw materials are selected to withstand corrosion, to resist water borne bacteria and organisms & is light in weight which permits roof installation with special reinforcement of any kind. Vertical induced draft counter-flow design permits installation in any direction with freedom. It consumes less power (energy) overall because of less area.
The round cooling tower is known for its outstanding design and technology. Being it round, the air flow in the cooling tower is evenly distributed. The tower design incorporates hot water inlet at the bottom collection sump flown vertically to the mechanical rotary sprinkler located above the fill media. The inlet water pressure rotates the sprinkler, featuring extended arm pipes with orifices to disperse water uniformly over the fill media. The evaporated water removes the heat from the remaining water. The warm moist air, which is driven through the fan deck will be discharged to the atmosphere.
The stand-out features of the bottle cooling tower are compact design, with varying flute sizes, to offer maximum heat transfer surface per unit volume and contact surface area.
